The following are all the abilities you can buy with sufficient Skill Points, assuming you are a Technician.
Level 0
Basic Attack
Lunge at the enemy with whatever you have at hand.
Type: Attack
Roll 1d4 and add STR for melee or DEX for ranged

Cunning Strike I [10 SP]
(Agent & Cyberscout, must be wielding a light blade, small thrown projectile, or a bow-and-arrow.)
Your weapon plunges into the enemy's vulnerable flesh.
Type: Attack
Roll 1d6 and add STR for melee or DEX for ranged
Dagger Mastery I [10 SP]
(Agent & Cyberscout, only applies if wielding a dagger.)
You are especially skilled with a dagger.
Type: Passive
Add +1 damage to any attack made with a dagger.
Thrown Mastery I [10 SP]
(Agent & Cyberscout, only applies if wielding a thrown weapon.)
You are especially skilled with thrown weapons.
Type: Passive
Add +1 damage to any attack made with a thrown weapon.
Sneak [20 SP]
(Agent only.)
You take extra care to make sure your enemies do not see you.
Type: Buff
Your opponent must roll 1d20 + PER at the start of every turn and compare it to your sneak bonus (10 + your DEX.) Lasts until they spot you or until your next attack. Recharge time: 5 turns.
Epiphany [20 SP]
(Cyberscout only.)
You suddenly recall a vital weakness of your opponent's.
Type: Buff
Roll 1d4 and add the result to your next attack's damage. May only be used 2 times per battle.
Level 1
Cunning Strike II [10 SP]
(Agent & Cyberscout, must have Cunning Strike I, must be wielding a light blade, small thrown projectile, or bow-and-arrow.)

Venom Blade [30 SP]
(Agent only, must be wielding a blade)
You coat your blade with a layer of poison.
